Okay, so, my mom lost her download disk to her Lexmark printer before she even got to use it. So, I went to the lexmark website and downloaded the thing so I didn't have to use a disk. Now, my problem is, I still can't use the printer. I've gone to the control panel and clicked on "add printer". Then this install wizard comes up and wants me to browse to find the printer. I'm confused at this point. If anybody has any insight, please help.

ok what you do is .. just browse to the desktop where i told you to download it to and then click ok ,it should start installing. you can email me at this address through this screename or the one that I sent you the original message at.. ill be glad to help.I ran out of answering power on the other but either will be fine ,they are set up where you can email me.. First, do not connect the printer to the computer until you have installed the driver.
You say you downloaded the driver, then clicked "add printer." When you are asked where the printer is, I think you mean driver, click the "browse" button until you find the location of the driver. If you downloaded to C:, type C in the box.
When I download drivers, and we are asked if we want to "run" or "save," I always opt to save. In the Save as dialog box, I indicate to save it to the desktop.
When the download is finished, I immediately make a copy of the file to store in a folder where I keep downloaded drivers. Then, I open the driver on the desktop and install from there.
If you can't find the driver, download again. This time, save it to the desktop or write down where the program is going to be saved. Then, try again.

try going back to the website where you downloaded it from and going to their help section.

the guy of course scored the jackpot for being a dunderhead!!!!!!!!!! yet he have been given the clocks clock outsold and the shoppers' cuckoos fed. i think of each and all of the shoppers who offered the ccuckoo clocks have stay cuckoos for them to settle for the unfastened bag of cuckoos. think of how many cuckoo pets which would be eh!!!!!!
