Or do you think that what has been released is enough? Or too much?

You can rest assured that there are no less than fifty sweat shops working feverishly at this very moment producing video copies of every last gory detail to market----they probably have already hit the streets in Hong Kong and Tiawan------only a moment in time before you will be swimming in the lastest of the REALITY videos---- absolutely TOO much blood lust as a market to deny !!!!!

The live, albeit fuzzy, video of Saddam Hussein's death is available for viewing on liveleak.com (I went through gorgalley.com). It is a litle fuzzy since it is from somebody's phone but you can still see the money shot(he drops straight down). Enjoy, if you like that sort of thing. I do! I'm sure you would agree that the internet is in place so that everyone may see, or choose not to, clips of real-life, pretty or not. It happened and obviously somebody has a film of it so why not release it? We deserve to know. That is where our tax dollars are going, right? Or was it Afghanistan....

According to the local Iraqi people that I have had the privilege to work with and get to know personally, they were so sick and tired of turning on their TV's during Saddam's reign of terror (30 years or so) and all they could view was, and I quote "Saddam, Saddam, Saddam." I think they, as well as all of us, are sick and tired of seeing Saddam and would rather watch something else like reruns of Baywatch. For those of you who can read and have read any books, this place (Iraq) was like something you had read in George Orwell's "1984."

The argument for Capital punishment = deterrent to Crime.

How can it be a deterrent if it is not witnessed by future Evil-doers?

Quit executing Criminals when everyone is sleeping!

Make all the major networks show it during Prime time-Friday nights. It could be like a long commercial.

"We interrupt regularly scheduled programs to bring you Saddam Husseins' execution. He is being hung for crimes against Humanity. Now we return you to your regularly scheduled program."

Heck, in Texas it could just become a regular scheduled Friday night program. They put in an Express Lane!
My two cents!

Actually both versions - a slight version for those who just want to see the rope around his neck and then a pic of the dead body. For those who think it's all fake then let them see the entire version. It's about what it takes to bring closure to the matter.

Yes, I do think it should be available - for those who need the closure, and for those who put so much effort into his capture.

For scientific viewing maybe. Otherwise, it's too morbid for the general society.

Get your morals and priorities straight.
