If I buy Ralph Lauren POLO, perfume from Wal-Mart, is it the actual thing? I bought it today, and it looks authentic but does Wal-Mart sell the real stuff or just the cheap look - a - likes?

Stores like wal-mart do not sell knock off's. They are sold in little stores and in parking lots.

Normal stores sell the real items. Stores like Kmart, Walmart, Dollar Stores, Outlet malls all get the same products as well but a cheaper version. This is how they can sell it for cheaper.
I know this is true with shirts, pants, shoes, belts, wallets, etc....but I don't see why it wouldn't be any different with perfume items as well.
If it was just a few dollars cheaper over another store, consider it real. If it was 10 or more dollars cheaper...considered it watered down for lower end market store.
big stores like walmart and the others don't carry knock off's as that is illegal and would put their entire business at jepardy. People on the street corners, selling out of vans at curbs or selling on the web is where you find the fake knock offs.

i would think it is authentic. because isn't it locked up in a glass shelf or something?
plus wal-mart is such a big company- i dont think they will sell fake things... i mean come on.. everyone knows walmart is a big discount store.
you dont see them selling designer clothing or anything... so im pretty sure their perfume should be good.

yes its authentic. if a large retailer store like walmart would sell items that weren't authentic, then it would be categorized as a place like a warehouse store, or any other place that sells large quantities of things, that arent real. also, walmart sells 'real' 'authentic' electronics; like samsung, toshiba, etc. so i believe that they would follow through with the rest of their items.
they wouldnt want to loose business over perfumes, believe me.!

i think it might be real. like in marshalls, i got high top converses today for ten bucks! i know it might not seem like the real deal cuz they are so cheap but most of the time, they're real.

i think so i bouht some hair dye from there and when my hair cutter saw she was upset because she thaut i went to a diffret hair cutter it look so good
