my sister is 16 and is kinda over weight you cant really tell its not like shes huge just a little bigger then average, she has a big butt. what kind of jeans will reduce the size (in a look way) button pockets, embrodered pockets, normal, none? she is not allowed to go on this site that why i am asking.
any help will be great

If you want your sister's rear to look smaller than it actually is, then look for a pair of jeans with no decoration on the back pockets, or better yet, jeans without back pockets. If you can't find jeans without back pockets, then try to find jeans that have the pockets closer together. This creates a slimming effect to the behind.

I have a friend with that problem ,but she wears skinny jeans. She looks way skinnier with them on. You could get some at old navy in the clearance rack. Sometimes they could be from 20-25 dollars. Plus they are in style! They are not just for emo's (no offense) shes really preppy and she wears really nice blouses that are colorful. With nice jewelry! And she can also get some flats or pumps and she will look pretty, don't were flipflops or tennis shoes they wouldn't look right with those on. ♥ Hoped I helped! Oh yeah and that girl that said don't get tight jeans, shes right don't and if you know by skinny they get skinny on the bottom just check it out. I would try hollister ao American Eagle, they make pants for wider hips, apout the butt thing definetly pockets maybe the torn up look will take the attention off of the butt. Don't get tight jeans (if you have to squezze to get into them then they are too tight)

I disagree with the person that said no pockets. Pockets help to break up the behind. The best back pockets will be parallel with the center seam. Dark color, bootcut.

There is a web site that you can go to and put in your body type etc. and they will tell you which jeans are best for your body type. I did it and am so glad that I did.I finally found the best jeans for me. It is free and they do not sell the jeans. I found out about it in a magazine.

citizens of humanity jeans! a little pricey, but they were made for curvy women, instead of showing your "flaws" they enhance them kinda and make them look fabulous, get just the regular pocket
button pockets- make butt look weird
embroidered-just ugly
normal-fabulous!
none-makes butt look big.

get dark dark jeans.. they always make you look skinnier and longer.
make sure the jeans you get are long not too short. and not too tight. that just exposes the fat.
stretch jeans are good for bigger people as well.

These are awesome. Never wear pants without pockets on the booty either. This will make her butt look bigger! Unflattering on most, worse on the lady's with booties. Also, flap pockets are minimizing as well.
