I should pray, but I'm too stressed out to remember that, so I just run around like a nut, heaping more stress onto my stressed out state.

Pray, read the bible, trust in God.

Deep breathing excercises...

Watch a funny movie...

List your concerns and come up with a plan on how to deal with them...

Talk to someone (ask them for help)- sometimes a different perspective on the situation helps...

**Sleeping is actually not a good way to deal with stress. Thats one of the first things we advise against. The problem you're dealing with is still there when you wake up.**

I attempt to meditate. Sometimes using meditation tapes - they are very centreing and helpful.

Sometimes I write about what is stressing me out - attempting to make order of the chaos swirling around in my mind and find direction.

I hold all the angry frustrated feelings inside until I cannot physically or mentally stand it anymore. I then explode at the wrong moment in a whirlwind of irrationality and manic behaviour which is then followed by collapsing in bed and sleeping for 12 hours.

I personally play games, it removes my focus from stressing things and forces me to focus on the games I'm playing.

Hmmm. This is not a good answer, but I usually turn off my phone and either read a book or watch a movie. Sometimes meditation.

I know exercise helps, but many times, I'm too lazy for that. lol.

go in the bathroom and take deep breaths and count to 10
scrub the bathroom and run the shower and sing real loud with the radio
before when i was a teen, i would stomp my feet and scream

talking to friends really really helps me. Sometimes I take a bubble bath with candles and then just lie around listening to music. That helps too : )
