I know exactly what you mean. It feels like a real hole.
You need to get out there and find someplace to meet a new woman as soon as possible. I know you don't think anyone can replace the one you lost but you would be surprised that if you find someone who is attractive to you it can make you actually forget the other one. I have been through this and am an extremely deep, emotional person, and the only way I could ever cope with this is if there was a new person who came along.
You need someone to love.

Sit quietly, breathe, state out loud "I am worthy." And envision a green light in the area where you feel the hole in your chest healing the hole. It is good that you do not drink or try to fill it in any other way than to take care of yourself and if you believe in God to hand your pain to him.

This is something that in time goes away, What I did when that happened to me, I was always with my friends and I kept busy to keep my mind off of it. Drinking and Drugs is not the solution. Just keep yourself busy and that just might help. Sitting there dwelling on it doesn't help if anything it makes it worst. Good luck.

i totally know where your coming from. my boyfriend of 9 months and i just broke up and im totally missing him lately it seems like the littlest things remind me of him i dont drink or do drugs either the thing that is the most soothing to me is being around people who know how to make me laugh i love hanging out with my friends because they know how i feel so they make sure to pay extra attention to make sure that im laughing all night surround yourself with your closest friends and be sure they know how your feeling i garuntee that being with them will help you get through this tough time!! good luck i know its hard
