everytime it rains or gets high humidity my carport floor gets wet?

how can this be fixed? rain is not blowing in. it sees to "sweat" or just accumulate on the concrete. i live in a rainy, humid area.

no basement, it's carport

have carport doors, doesnt matter if closed or open, still have moisture. inside house, not a problem. house is about 2 feet higher w/crawlspace..

You do mean carport and not carpet, right?

If there is high humidity, as you stated there is, concrete often will have moisure condense on it because it is cooler than other things. It could be fixed, but it would cost at least several hundred dollars, perhaps several thousand.
