I think it should be a normal person... but I agree- saying that everyone is "person of the year"... that's just an easy way of getting out of having to actually think about it.
It is hard to even narrow it down... all we heard about all year was Brangelina and Tomkat...

I don't think TIME was lame at all. A lot of "unknowns" became "knowns" this year. Or at least had the opportunity to BE known. That's all thanks to sites like MySpace and YouTube.
