Maybe you are at the healthy weight you are supposed to be at? Remember that healthy-eating thin people -- in the long run-- have fewer joint and back problems, have better circulation (don't have to make some many more blood vessels to cover their circumference), and live longer. Working out can provide muscle which will give you that buffed look and muscle weighs more than fat, so you will weigh more if that is what you are after.
If you sit around more, you will likely get that attractive 'secretary spread'... but I'm not sure that that is the effect you are aiming for?
All the best!

These all seem to be very silly answers! Although it can be perfectly healthy to gain a few pounds, it isn't healthy to eat fatty foods or not exercise. You can work out differently- less cardio, but keep walking. If you are like me getting pregnant won't help you gain weight anyways. I'm 32 weeks and have only gained 12 pounds which is just baby and fluids, no fat whatsoever. Talk to a doctor before you become unhealthy. I would learn to take pride in your natural thinness because if your metabolism is that fast that you have to ask this question, you are a lot like me and nothing I ever did helped me gain a pound (yes, even eating fatty foods, not exercising and getting pregnant).

eat a high protein diet. Add whole fats (ie milk, cheese, et)c to your diet. Talk to a dietician/dr. BC pills don't actually make anyone gain weight. That is a myth.

Don't excersize for a week. Just sit and don't do anything for a week and watch tv and eat potato chips. This will surely give you 2-3 lbs unless you are looking for me in that case don't eat potato chips just do nothing active for a month or so. Don't eat constant patato chips because they are very greasy and bad for the heart. Just be lazy for a month or so

Eat regular nutritionally balanced meals and supplement regular meals with a small protein shakes in between. Be careful not to bog your digestion down and don't pile your meals on top of each other.

My mom would always get breads and pasta when she needed to put on a few pounds. If nothing is working, see a doctor...you may need his help.

Increase your daily calorie intake by maybe 500 calories. Don't workout excessively and soon you should start putting on the weight.
