total price about 1,000 dollars to 150,000 dollars

OC is probably one of the more expensive places to live. If you are looking to buy a house they will start at the Mid 200's and that will be for a Condo. A Detached house will start in the Mid 400's.

Anything less than that will be either in a real bad neigboorhood or has some major issues that need to be addressed.

BTW I hope you ment $100,000 and not $1,000
