I only know a few new sitcoms coming out in 2007.
Sitcoms are funny and enjoyable to watch. Especially with their funny punchlines, canned laughter, & catchy theme songs.

It all comes down to money. The networks can make a lot more money from easy to produce 'talent-less' reality shows than they can from a 30 minute sitcom. It takes about one week to make a 30 minute sitcom and when you pay the salaries of the crew 30+ people, directors, producers, studio time, writers 5-8 per show, and the 'talent' it becomes a very expensive proposition.

Because some of the ones-- no, most of the ones they already have out... are NOT funny.
