Its like, an inch, maybe half an inch at the most when 'hard'. When I was young my ball didnt drop, so I had surgeory, then again at around 12 for the second. Could this be affecting me?
On a side note, pardon the 'ew' but, I can **** and I defintly feel something ^^; but there is no semen, maybe once in awhile a clear liquid but thats it, more or less not noticable.
Also, very tiny lumps on my penis, theyre under the skin and are hard, but are indeed very small, there is one small clump of them but anyway, they arnt really noticable but, genital warts or like, fat pockets?

i suggest that you see your family doctor and then he will probably send you to a urologist which I think he will because it sounds serious. I think that you should not take this lightly.

Im wishing that my penis is going to grow also. I am nearly 16 and mine is about 5 to 5.3 inches. I dont think i am fully developed (who is at 15!?) and I hope the most that my penis grows itself. You are not alone in thinking about the size of your penis often. I am very much the same. If you are 16 theres a very good chance you are still growing. Have you had a growth spurt in height yet? if not look forward to this as everything changes for the better! most men will know their final penis size by about the age of 18-21. so 2 years can make a lot of difference! do not worry!

It isn't unheard of for puberty to not hit some people until they are 16 or 17. One friend of mine and his tiny, hairless penis was still waiting for it when he entered high school.
then again with yoru medical history as regards undescended testicles and surgery, there might well be a reason for some concern. So, take yoruself off to a doctor's appointment, get naked and have yrou doctor give you one very thorough top to bottom physical and if he seems to gloss over the little guy, ask him specifically to check those parts really well since you aren't quite seeing puberty yet. And if he examines it all and still doesn;t have a good response ask if he shodul perform some tests to see if there is anything actually wrong with you that is causing your puberty to be late.

I would make an appointment with a urologist. This is a doctor for men. They will be able to help you. If your folks have insurance, speak to them about seeing a urologist...- any excuse will do... just say you have doctor questions and problem that only this kind of doctor can answer. or...They already know you had the undescended testicles that were brought down via surgery so you may just let them know you think you may have a problem there again and must to see the doctor. Please do not feel uncomfortable as the doctor and his staff deal with situations like this on a regular basis. They are used to it. Just go get this taken care of to help you out... it is best for you to do now while young... Please see the doc in the next couple of months at the latest. You will be the one to benefit. Go for it... talk to folks/ dad or mom as they want what is best for you also. Dont let embarrassment or fear get in the way as this is a life problem and life problems need to be dealt with direct and at a mature level. They will help you.
