Interesting question.
I want every citizen to email me a list of the three things they consider to be most important in our kingdom. You will have one week to do this, allowing for discussions.
Also give the names of 3 people that you consider most qualified to be in a position of decision making. From this list we will find the 12 most selected names and form a committee to review the first list of important items to the populace.
In 2 months we will have an election to determine the direction we should be headed, based on popular opinion.
This process will be repeated every 6 years. No one who campaigns for appointment to the committee will be allowed on it. No one can serve more than one term on this committee in their lifetime.
No go to the courtyard to join me for hot dogs and beer, after which you will retire to make your lists!

There has been obviously a regime change my fellow citizens.
From now onwards, understand these as my jealously guarded beliefs:
1. The more you read and observe about this Politics thing, you got to admit that each party is worse than the other. The one that's out always looks the best.
2. There's no trick to being a humorist when you have the whole government working for you.
3. The right to be heard does not automatically include the right to be taken seriously.

1. It is now mandatory that everyone gets education up through high school level.
2. Throughout the next year, I will introduce a recycling program designed to reduce pollution and global warming into our society.
3. From now on, our country is going to work hard to become self-reliant and capable of retaining neutrality while the larger countries fight.

Hmmmm.....let's see. First I would say if any form of pleasure is exhibited, report it to me and it will be prohibited! Next, the country's taxes must be fixed and I know what to do with it.If you think you're paying too much now,just wait til I get through with it. Then I would admonish them thusly....if anyone's caught taking graft and I don't get my share, we'll stand 'em up against the wall and...pop goes the weasel! To make my message more entertaining,I'd sing and dance a little. I want my subjects to love me!!

My subjects, we mandate a 4 day work week to end unemployment. We cap the money Doctors can charge for their services and require gas stations to collect 3 cents a gallon to ensure every driver is insured. And finely we declare war on Liechtenstein cause no one knows who they are anyway and no one will notice, and they have nice scenery.

Three things I shall tell them --
1. All Ladies between 20 & 30 please make a line. I shall inspect the parade.( I do so )
2. Ladies selected by me on inspection to form a seperate line ;
3. Every evening one of them to report @ my Palace @ 2100 hrs sharp.
