Because none of us are perfect, hard as we may try to be (and, sadly, I'm one of those "perfectionists", so I speak from experience - it's a curse). Surely you've heard the saying, "Hind-sight is always 20/20" (meaning perfect vision...you can always see how things SHOULD have been done after the fact).
Additionally, all of us are our own worst critics. No matter how well we do things, we feel we could have always done them better. When we look in the mirror, we see all the flaws that no one else seems to see. Perhaps it's because we see beneath the exterior, where we allow no one else to go.
For your own peace and happiness, try to stop trying so hard for perfection...be happy with what you have...enjoy the present; don't fret about the past (cause you can't change it); and don't worry about the future...cause then you're too busy to enjoy the present. I hope you'll take a moment to go to http://www.fleurdelis.com/desiderata.htm It's truly a wonderful poem.
Happy New Year!

Human nature is to complicate what is really the most simple, and the most simple is usually the hardest. The cold truth is nothing comes easy, and no lasting changes can be made without going through pain, hurdles, ups, downs and sometimes setbacks. We all should carry a never give up attitude.Remember those who are successful never gave up,no matter how many times they were knocked down they just kept getting up again, going that little extra mile, and trying just that one last time made all the difference for them.Such as the football player Rudy whom applied to Not re Dame several times and was told he could never be a foot ball player,he had his goal in his mind believed in his abilities and never gave up,he tried that one last time and it paid off.Things are not as hard as they appear sometimes, sometimes it is just the way we think which makes it hard.Remember that half the battle is in your mind.If you conquer your thinking you can take on anything in life.Never give up on your goals and dreams,no matter how much they seem impossible,no matter how hard you fall, you can always get up again tomorrow the important thing is you went for it.

It has to be hard to be good!
Seriously, don't try so hard to make things right. Some things resolve with time and patience. Sometimes, the best thing to do is walk away.

Hmm.. this seems relevant..
"The Centipede's Dilemma"
A centipede was happy quite,
Until a frog in fun..
Said, "Pray, which leg comes after which?"
This raised her mind to such a pitch,
She lay distracted in the ditch
Considering how to run.

The Centipede's Dilemma is a concept related to cognitive behavior.. It involves forcing an individual to think about the steps involved in performing a task that he or she does intuitively, rendering the individual incapable of performing the task in question..
So.. don't try so hard.. lol.. life is just a cher of bowlies.. er.. I mean.. uhh...

Is it because someone gives you a hard time, or is it because you're having a problem doing things right?
In relationship; it takes compromising and open communication.

because life is not easy. difficult times make us better ppl so recognize that there will be more troubles in your life than pleasure and that the troubles and how you deal with them will make you a stronger more mature person. recognize that your difficulties are probably more important than your easy times and welcome then deal with them in a way that will make you a better person....the fact you met them head on and dealt with them will give you a great sense of pride and accomplishment. no one every grew spiritually (not religion wise) or mentally from good times...its the bad that makes us.
