They're both attractive, but I'd have to say that this round goes to Diya Mirza.

In these particular pictures, Bipasha looks a bit aged because of the lighting in her pic, and Diya looks very fresh-faced and youthful in her pic. Diya pulls ahead in the compitition on this one since her picture doesn't make her look so old.
