for a guy, no.
for a girl, maybe.
bell bottomed no,
flared yes.
So if they are for your gf, just make sure they are low rise/hipsters and they arent a freaky color. but I hate it when people say something is not fashionable so if they flatter your body id say strut it.

yes courdoroys are still in fashion but i wouldn't say bell bottoms are.

courdouroy bell bottoms are always sexy for girls but for guys.. not so much. i wouldnt even consider any type of courdorouys for guys cause they just give me impressions that the guy is gay. :)

depends what style you wear and follow..
but i suggest try them and see what people say. also don't wear horrible colours.. like the puke green and off yellow.
