u sure its a movie? There is a book called Arabian Nights about a sultan who kills his wifes after getting laid by them every night but Scheherezeda or whatever her name is tells him a story each night and stops at the most interesting point so he cant kill her. This goes on for many nights and when she runs out of stories he gets so used to her he doesnnt want to kill her. There was a movie I believe with Dougray Scott a few years back check out IMDB.

sounds like scheherazade's 1001 arabian nights, i'm not sure what the title of the movie was though.
