The best decision in my life~To let go of my pride and listen to the Spirit of God, then follow it after praying for an answer as to what religion I should join. Why
~By doing this I improved my quality of life considerably and improved the lives of my children, as well as my own marriage. I have been given many oportunities to serve others willingly and to feel peace and happiness, rather than the life of sorrow and hatred that I was previously a part of. I was adamant that I would never join this particular religion, mainly because of how I was raised. When I worry about a problem, I can now look at it in the light of the gospel of Christ and then proceed to fix the problem or make a decision. I see a happy future rather than a dead end.

The best decision I've made in my life so far is choosing to go to college close to home instead of moving away. At first I thought it wasn't the best idea but my gut told me to stick to it. You see, I stayed home not only because I wanted to help my family out financially, but also because it would keep me close to my younger brother who has a learning disability. I helped him a lot over time. Two and a half years have passed and he's doing much better in school.

Listen, I'm not trying to make myself out for a saint, there are many times I hated my decision because I had to give up so many freedoms and some of my dreams. But realizing now, how much I helped him and seeing him doing so well has made me realize that it was worth it. I couldn't have done any better for him and for myself.

The decision to have my son, although his father and I were unsure, I was 19 and we had no money. Abortion was often mentioned (mainly by our parents) but we made a commitment and now have a 12 yr old A student who is a joy to our lives every day. We have both struggled and sacrificed financially and emotionally and having added a daughter 6 yrs later are not living large by any means , but they taught us to find the little joys in every day we live.

Woke up one day and decided to live my life to the fullest.
I wouldn't trade that moment with anything unless for better results LOL I didn't want to make mistakes but always got blamed for somebody else's mistakes. Now I make mistakes so at least I don't feel that down when blamed !

The decsion to get saved is the best one I ever made. I was five years old and in my bunk bed. That decision has affected my entire life. In hs when my friends were getting preggers out of wedlock and getting std's I didn't. When I was getting abused God was the only one left to turn to I could trust no man. He has been faithful to me and has a plan for my life. I am not perfect and I don't mean to say my life is an easy one but I know I needed God and he has allowed me to participate in his plan wich I think is pretty cool.

The stupidest determination I ever made in my existence became to take my kinfolk with no attention, like lacking out on kinfolk get togethers and issues like that. basically some months in the past, one in each and every of my kinfolk individuals handed directly to the excellent beyond, and it became so surprising to me that he became... basically... long gone. I now comprehend that i'd desire to spend extra time with people who love me the main. "You never comprehend what you have have been given 'til it somewhat is long gone". :D

College!

At first, after graduation it seemed like a huge mistake. I had a great deal of debt and was over qualified for the local job market. Then three years later I was promoted to a job that required me to have a degree. A few of my coworkers laughed at me when they found out I had a college degree and said I had wasted my time, after all didn't we have the same job?

Well, they AREN'T laughing now.
