Somewhere in between. Nicole Richie looks like a 5 year old, and I would prefer to look like a woman. If I had to choose one or the other, Tyra.

P.S. I thought Tyra was a bit meaty to be doing runway near the end of her Victoria Secrets career,but I would hardly call her fat.

Tyra Banks--from the outside looking in, it appears as though Tyra has at least taken care not to place a lot of drugs into her body. Nicole's body may not last much longer under the stress that she is putting it under, so Tyra's any day.

Tyra Banks body hands down, she has a rockin and killer body, she proves curves are sexy. Besides I don't think Tyra Banks is fat, she is just healthy, curvy and have a womanly body. Nicole Richie is way to thin and needs to gain a tab bit more weight. Tyra has a great shape, figure, and body size a perfect model.
