I wanna smoke till I go to sleep tomorrow. I don't care what time. 1 to 2 packs a day for 17 years. I'm ready. I quit for a year before. That was eleven years ago. I can't believe I went back. One day the pleasure will no longer outweigh the pain. Good Luck and Happy New Year

Jan 8 will be 2 years for me. I smoked for about 17 years around a pack a day. I enjoyed every single puff. Then I realized if I continued I would most certainly die a very horrible death. Lung cancer is just one of the terrible diseases smoking causes. I still worry that I may have quit too late but I feel fine and will never consider smoking again. Good luck. You can so do this. Its not easy especially at first but it is doable.

No I haven't. I know I need to but then again..I'm kinda afraid to. I just know that I will gain so much weight if I do try to quit. Also..I feel that the smoking is the only thing I can do to help calm my dumb *ss down sometimes. Stress relief I guess. With everything going on...I need that. lol

I do support you though. Good luck and I'm proud of you. :)

You have my support. Good luck, girl. No, I haven't set a date. I probably won't either. I know it's not good for me, but so many other things aren't either.
