There are stories through the years of pressure cookers going BOOM in labs, because this is not their constructed function. Be very very careful.

Your question is broken.
Yes you can use a pressure cooker as an autoclave to sterilize items.
If you left off the word What at the start, it is much tougher because of the need to seal the pressure cooker. You need to drill a hole, preferably in the lid, and epoxy a candy thermometer or thermocouple in the hole.
