I know its illigal to walk around town naked, but is it illigal to go in your undies? i mean its practically a swimsuit, unless theres a law that says u cant wear a swimsuit.

In Ontario a woman can go topless .I don't see a problem with underwear as long as you're covered but keep in mind the law is subject to interpretation and if a cop wants to be a real jerk you could get picked up for it depending where you live .Right now though it seems a bit cold here to do that!
