There are several things this could be.

1. This could be audible halucinations. Do you meditate? Buddhists talk of a mental stage called makyo where the meditator has visual and audible halucinations before the person attains enlightenment

2. Are you talking some sort of medication that may be affecting your hearing. Some meds take the ears extremely sensitive they can hear the scratching of a fly walking on the wall several feet away.

3. They might be in your head.

I would suggest if the problem is #1 talk to another experienced meditator,

If the problem is #2 or #3 talk to your doctor.

Does it sound like a dull pop and and a low gong ringing? Like the sound in the room suddenly got a little amplified? If so, that's totally normal. It's only inside your head, and it can happen from all kinds of things, including your sinsuses shifting under varying pressure.

If it happens more than a few times a day, you probably still want to get a second opinion.

Sounds like your ears are ringing. The dizziness could be sinus/allergy related. What could be happening here is you have congestion (fluids) on your ear drum. When this happens, it causes your ears to ring. A good decongestant should take care of the problem if that's what's going on. (Happened to me once.) You can get Claritin-D over the counter, try it and see what happens.

I hear noise all the time(bells or buzzers ringing). The dizzy part is not a good sign, however it could be sinus or ear or allergy related. Go get it checked out, I'm sure it's annoying.
