YEAH THEY REALLY WORK, YOU HAVE TO DO REGULAR EXERCISES LIKE HIGH KNEES, SPRINTS, AND REGULAR WORKOUTS YOU WOULD DO ON A REGULAR BASIS, I IMPROVED I COULD ALMOST TOUCH MORE THEN THE NET I BET I WILL BE THE NEXT GIRL TO DUNK A BASKETBALL.LOL

I doubt they are made when a person is going up. They are there to take the pressure off the soles when the people hit the ground. Try jumping jacks, jump roap and running.
