Blacks have many opportunities, but I'll admit, those that want to play the race card, and blame their problems on white people are the ones whom oppress themselves. It's time for them to put their big girl/boy pants on and take responsibility for their lives, and stop playing the victim. America has the greatest opportunities for ANYONE that wants to work hard, and achieve.
P.S. My mother is Native American, and she knew what it was like to be a second class citizen when she was young, but she never let it get her down, and she rose above. She knew that she'd never get anywhere always blaming everyone for her problems. Today she's an educated woman making 6 figures.

Are you black, and American, and treated like a second class citizen? If you are all these things, and you feel that way, why do you own a computer, and have freedom to rant about nonsense, and others who are poorer, or less fortunate don't?
Also, please, when you ask a question, can you dictate correctly? Maybe some people treat others like second class, because they speak (and type) in a manner that shows their lack of education and care to write and speak the English language correctly.
Your question should have read:

Maybe you treat black people as second class, but the people I know don't. Why are you talking about blacks as if they were a commodity ? Are you some kind of bigot ? This is the 2000's, man. Not the 50's.

Actually...... The first recorded slaves where in Egypt and they were Israelites. America had the shortest stint of slavery of all of the sovereign nations in history.

Where I'm from people are treated with the same respect that is given to them. Ocassionally I see a rediculously ignorant person make an *** out of themselves, but they usually get put in their place by the person they offend, their friends, or by onlookers. As far as business goes there are alot of factors including who you know, especially when your getting near the top. Major corporations tend to go by a diversity quota, they will deny it til the end of time but they do keep tabs. Nobody likes to be called racist. There are private firms who keep track of these facts and keep the public posted. Oppurtunities are available for people who aren't afraid to work for them and climb the ladder, that is what this country is all about. That's why it's called the AMERICAN DREAM...............realize it!

The people that say that are the ones who stand to lose most by actually helping them!!! Think, man, think!

Blacks have the exact same rights as everyone else. Libs like you keep telling them they don't and that they are second class citizens who can't succeed without welfare and affirmative action. It's conservatives who actually value blacks and believe they have just as much potential as anyone else. We are all human beings created by God.
