First off thanks for the pic it helps a lot.

check out the virtual makeover, its fun and you can get an idea as to what would look good.
Also i would stick to the very basics.
don't use a foundation or a powder its to much for a 15/16 year old. try a tinted moisturizer.
also for the eyes try a sable(brown) eye liner and line under the lashes it give it a more natural look, use a brown/black mascara, if you want to add color try vintage gold or lucky penny(marykay.com/katiedawn)
for a blush i would go to a light pink... a little tip look on the inside of you lower lip, that pink color is a good guide as to what shade of blush you should use
Lips no liner just a nice pink or clear gloss.
also ask your mom for help, if shes cool like that. Ask her for advice it will make her feel good. if not her try a friends mom or older sister. I'm an older sister and i love it when she asks me for advice.

It looks like you have great skin so if I were you I wouldn't wear any foundation. It clogs your pores, and natural always looks better anyways.
You have really pretty eyes, so you should emphasize them! You might want to try a light black/brown volumizing mascara. Covergirl professional works great. Rimmel Volume Flash also works well and gives you a little more volume than Covergirl if you want it. Using an eyelash curler will also make your eyes look wider.
A light eyeshadow would also be pretty. In the picture it looks like you have brown eyes, and Almay has a great line of eyeshadow for certain eyecolors. I have brown eyes and I really like the Almay shadow. You can look at the Almay Bring out the Brown Collection here:
http://www.almay.com/pg/main/catcoleyeslips.aspx?catid=32&catnm=Eyes&subid=4&subnm=Brown&col1=224&col2=225
Shimmery colors are also great since you're a teenager.
Some brown eyeliner on your eyelid would also be pretty. Revlon Colorstay works great. Just remember not to put too much on or it looks bad.
Lip gloss is always great. Clear or a sheer, light, shimmery color would look good for a teenager.
Unless you have naturally rosy cheeks, try wearing a little bit of light blush.
Good luck and rememer less is more!

Okay, all you really need is:
Eyeliner
Mascara
Foundation
Lip gloss
Use a dark brown eyeliner first...draw the line and then smudge it a little so it doesnt stand out. Then black or brown mascara.
If you have an eneven skin tone or blemishes, smooth it out with foundation or cover-up. Maybelline pure makeup rocks, and it actually will match your skin tone. Then just apply clear or light pink gloss. Put chapstick on underneath if you want to make your lips appear smoother. Check out CO Bigelow lipglosses at Bath and Body Works. They have some great tinted glosses--very natural.
Basically, you don't want to go overboard. Makeup should make you look like you, just a little more polished.

Here are a few steps that any teenage girl can use to transform into a blooming beauty in a jiffy:
Use a concealer pencil that matches you skin tone to cover any skin imperfections, acnes, skin blemishes, scars or dark circles.
Use a toothbrush to brush brows into place.
Use a soft gray eye pencil to fill in any gaps in the eyebrows.
Use soft gray eyeliner to line the lashes and blend it well to the outside edge.
Apply one coat of brown mascara but if you have naturally black eyelashes, you may also use black mascara too.
If you have a warm skin undertone, use sheer application of peach blush but if you have a cool skin undertone, use soft pink shade. Blend it well using cotton ball.
Use natural shade of lip color or just sheer gloss for a soft nude look and you are ready for the party, girl.

Actually since you're only 15/16 I wouldn't suggest foundation or concealer. You don't need it.
All you need is a little black or charocoal eyeliner on the top and bottom, lots of mascara, and a tinted lip gloss of your choice.
Finally. I would get your eyebrows arched and since yours are fine I would lightly fill them in.
I hope this helps.

U have very light skin so I reccomend you a strong blush like Revlon Creme Blush in First Blush Tone. For the eyeliner, maybe Covergirl Smoothers eyeliner in a Very Black tone, LashExact Mascara from CG, or Volume Shocking from L'oreal, also in Black, and a clear mascara like Great Lash Clear for school. For the foundation, as you are a teenager, try Pure.makeup from Maybelline, the concealer and the powder too. They are great for teens because it is very light and helps your skin. Revlon Skinlights' Loose Powder in a Translucent tone and 2 or 3 cuartets of eyeshadows from Maxfactor, they have very good colors, I love them...

Depends on your skin color if your light go with light color like light pink or light purple. Don't go with dark color you wont to show off your face. Eyeliner depends on your eye's if your eye are dark your could go with black.I think black makes your eyes dark and more colorful.I don't like blue eyeliner. Now lets go with your lips. Your could go for a glossy look or a bold look the glossy look maybe a light red or light brown or a light pink.
Just remember it depends on your skin color if light go light and if your skin color is darker go a little dark not much dark but a little darker ok. I hope I help a little. Good luck.

Try something like the brand Neutragena as a powder or foundation if you have uneven skin or acne, if you don't have any of these facial prob. don't use. Then try a clear or colored lip gloss, mascara, eyeshadow on the lids of the eye, not all over. You don't need that much make up when your young.

unquestionably scene makeup often is strange. My chum use to try this and have been given teased a lot yet whilst she began to easily positioned particularly and wing it she have been given mad compliments. you may purely wing your eyes or do a lil smokey eye yet do not odee on it like scene childrens do. And purely positioned on some initiating in case you decide on it. this is somewhat it. enable your mom be attentive to different childrens do it too, i'm 14 and that i positioned on makeup working example. you may desire to tutor her some human beings you may nicely be attentive to on facebook who positioned on makeup. If she nonetheless has a situation with it then purely sustain your individual money and flow purchase it your self.

Well first start with a light foundation and set it with powder. You have very pretty eyes so you want to accent them. Use shimmery eyeshadows and smudge eyeliner on the bottom for a smoky effect. Use a light pink gloss and add a bit of vaseline to the middle of your bottom lip to create depth. Good Luck!
