Being a liberal, I feel that my sense of morality comes from a flexible interpretation of the teachings from my family, my life's role model's, and the teachers (official teachers and other life teachers) in my life.

I think that they ability and FREEDOM to think about moral issues allows me to be flexible and unbiased in this world of change. I think that being told what is right can result in extremist responses. (Suicide bombing for example, when that is told to people that is a right thing to do.) I want to gather all facts I can gather and formulate my own ideas.

That is what I believe a liberal's morality is founded upon, or at least my own.

I guess that would depend on the liberal in question. I feel that mine stems from early Catholic education and being raised by a wonderful family with a sense of right and wrong. I don't even know if all liberals think that they act from a sense of "morality" per se.

I gather that you don't think liberals have any basis for moral thought or decision making. I wonder why that would be the case. Are you just a "liberal-basher"? If so, please educate yourself and stop lumping people together.

I've said many times that there are all kinds of liberals--Democrats, Republican, Independent, and others. Same with conservatives. Some people are liberal in some areas and not in others. Do yourself a favor and consider each individual person as just that--an individual!!!

Equality for all Americans. Fair taxation. Corporate responsibility. Affordable health care. The government staying out of our personal lives. The belief the government doesn't have the right to lie to us.

I think most people get their morals from their religious beliefs. Those who place God at the center of the universe have Gods morals. Those who place money at the center or who place themselves at the center (Bill & Hillary come to mind for this catagory) have much different morals. Look at peoples morals & I think you can determine how their universe is centered.

Morality is not a word that describes liberals in any way. They subscribe in moral relativism. In other words their morals are flexible and ever changing. Which is why they think there is no right and wrong or good and evil in the world.

(That is why they condone the murder of infants)

Let's see... Matthew 25:31-46 comes to mind. You might also try Acts 2:44-45.

Of course, those are references many liberals would recognize. If they're not familiar to you, I would encourage your looking them up... and taking them to heart.

false teachers over time will corrupt any body of students...even worse will write books with false statements in order to manipulate their thinking on subjects leaning towards subugation by another dominate nation(if only in thought)...look how many foreign sounding teachers instruct college students...I've had foreign teachers that I couldn't understand who brought their own books (which you had to buy) placed in the bookstore , which then could conduct any type liberal thinking they wanted...since making a good grade was most important ---it's garbage in the brain and garbage out the mouth, mission acomplished.....

I suppose a conservative would want to know where to find morality given Scooter Libby, Frist, Delay, Foley, Haggard, Abramoff and Rove - not exactly a group where you can find any sort morals whatsoever!
