Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love, enticed men with her body, but what really made them like her was her hypnotic gaze.

Eyes can be seductive, but they can't be as sensually overpowering as a sound. Partly its because the eyes are so small that usually people see other more prominent 'aspects' of a person (hair, chest, legs) that the eyes are usually the last thing people notice.

I am sure I can find hundreds of paintings of women/men in profile/silhoutte, with only their eyes highlighted, and find any number of people who are enraptured by the expression. But even those paintings are done in isolated conditions, usually with the person's other features or the background muted to better emphasize the eyes.

Deer/Forest goddesses might be good examples of eye catchers, but none that I can think of.

Possibly Hera or Freya - both were particularly fond of the peacock, which has the symbolic "eyes" on the tail feathers.
