I used to love Ren & Stimpy and Punky Brewster, but I'm not sure if those were in the 90's or the 80's or maybe even both. Ooh, I also liked that show Salute Your Shorts. Oh, and Hey Dude too.

You say "that kids loved"---does that mean Saturday Morning Cartoons? Because our kids loved all the ABC cartoons---Doug, Recess, Pepper Ann, Teacher's Pet. Those were great shows.
If you mean evening shows, our kids liked The Nanny. They also liked Full House (was that 90's?) and Sabrina.
Man, I miss those cartoons!
