I Need Help Installing Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire?

i just bought it and ive tried installing it 3 times and it keeps taking FOREVER downloading Support...i dont know if its frozen or what not but can someone please tell me what to do...it came with 2 discs but doesnt say anything about changin the discs????HELP
