The temperatures associated with nuclear bombs has never been high enough to ignite Earth's atmosphere, so unless you can unleash some form of energy greater than a nuclear bomb you ain't got a chance.

No, because there needs to be fuel.
If you are over a swamp or something that is producing methane gas, I suppose you could ignite that.
