USE MECHANICS ORANGE GLOOP WHICH IS MADE FOR HANDS, BUT IF YOU RUB IT INTO THE GREASE, IT'LL COME OUT.

You sure it's the dryer? Might want to have a man to man with the mechanic. LOL

Seriously, if it rescues oil covered penguins from death it will work: Use Dawn dish detergent

get some Goo Gone. It's a God-send. Just make sure you follow the directions to the letter.
