My books.
I do not consider my kids possessions ( they are precious though).

I would consider my most precious possession my children, that is if you can possess a human being. If that is not acceptable then it would be my wedding rings because they represent the commitment that my husband and I made to one another.

All of my diaries that I have written and completed since I was 12. The blanket my godmother, Rosemary (she is deceased now) made for me as a baby. The mushroom necklace that I bought from this man named Dan or Dave (I call him the Mushroom Man) a man that looks like a skinny version of Santa. So many meaningful things.

My most precious possession is actually my only possession...that is my free will to choose my actions...everything else is just on loan to me. I own nothing else.

My belief in G-d.
But for material things, it is the royal blue short-sleeved cable sweater that my mother knitted for me. She died in 1974 and I still have it and wear it. It looks like new. She was blind in one eye and said she made many errors in the knitting. For years I didn't see the errors, but after studying it I now can see the errors. Those errors have made the sweater even more precious to me because each and every stitch had to be counted. It must have been so very difficult for her because of her partial blindness. The love she felt for me is so very evident in each and every stitch and I treasure that sweater more than anything else I own or could ever own.
Thank you for this question.

Can you consider kids a possession? If so then they are.
