I recently looked over a few Playboy mags from 1971 in Venice, California. They were on sale for roughly $5-8 each. Your copies date to 1986 or so. Frankly, they probably would sell in the $2-3 range. There are a lot sitting around. You can do your research, but in the end you should be thinking $1.00 each if you find a shop that wants them.

Yeah...you can search for the answers on ebay....BUT that ONLY helps if the exact same copies in the same condition are currently for sale or recently sold.I own an Ebay store and I can tell you from experience on the ones I sold. They are NOT worth trying to sell on ebay UNLESS they are in NEAR MINT CONDITION,have famous people (like Marilyn Monroe) in them, are VERY EARLY issues from 1954-1957,or anniversary issues, other than that you should run an ad in a local trader paper after you decide what you will take for them, because there are THOUSANDS for sale online,so the prices are dirt.

That's simple...they are worth exactly what you can get someone to pay. Since they are 20 years old, I would definately burn them for warmth, might save a buck or two on the electric bill. Then again, you might find some poor, dumb S.O.B. to part with some hard earned bucks to stare at the formerly nubile bodies of what are now middle aged women...you never know.

Umm eBay may be your best bet right now. If you publicise the find you may increase their value...like going on local radio and television to discuss your find and sale.

I don't know if PlayBoy actually responds to public queries, but maybe you could try to contact them to help you gauge the value of the mags.

Good luck
