You need a movie player,...
If you downloaded a dvd (usually around 4 gigs), i suggest PowerDVD. v6.0
or if you downloaded an .avi or .mpeg (usually its around 700 megs) i suggest Divx.
If its dvd.
make sure you have 2 folders in your main folder. one that says Audio_ts and the other Video_ts. the Audio folder should be empty.
Open powerDVD,
click on "Select Source" or (Ctrl+O)
choose "Open DVD file on hard disk drive"
click on the video_ts folder
enjoy the movie!

See what file type it is and use a player that plays that file type.
