I remember "Dark Shadows". That was a WONDERFUL show and a very unique soap opera serial.
My favorite characters were Barnabas Collins (of course) and Angelique.
On a side note: I live in Connecticut and in Norwalk, Connecticut there is the Lockwood-Mathews Mansion (which is an actual mansion which has been converted into a museum and is open to the public). The Lockwood-Mathews Mansion was featured on "Dark Shadows" as "Collinwood Manor".

If you've seen it once you CAN'T ever forget it!!
Come on the scars that traveled over the actors face
Bats that flew on guide wires( you could see the wires)
Overall great cult TV show!

I LOVED that show. I watched it when I was a small girl! Sci-Fi channel reran all the episodes a few years ago
