i want it to be relatively light so i dont waste too much gas.. what would be the best way to construct one? materials.. cheapest i could get away with? yea.. yall tell me whats up..

Buy a used camper trailer. You can buy older ones for .10 cents on the dollar.
Use that as a base for your house. Using real wood will make it very heavy,
Use styrofoam house insulation panels, glue them together and cover with fiberglass cloth and resin.
