No it's ot okay it's child molesting and she is jail bait and he can be arrested for statutory rape and have to register as a sex offender under megan's law. What does a college guy want with a little 12 year old? It is neither legal nor is it morally right.If anything the guy better hope nobody finds out because it could effect his future and career not to mention there would probably be more than a few people more than willing to string him up to the nearest tree.
