Wellfare reform ....as he gets a ******** in the white house ? minimum wage doesn't pay the bills ! especially if your a single mom with kids ! 60% goes towards administration fees anyway !

Society didn't knock you up, so we shouldn't pay for you lapse or lack of judgment . I didn't like Clinton, but I agree with his Welfare reform so stop your complaining, get a education so you can get out of that minimum paying job and get a career, you have NO sympathy from me, but your kids I sympathize because they have a mother (wheres the father?) has to blame a president that hasn't been around for almost seven years. By the way, have a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

Welfare reform is the best thing to happen ever. As a tax payer I got tired of my tax dollars going to some fat lazy person who would not get off their *** and work and who did nothing more than sit around and make more babies. The 5 yr time limit does not apply to food stamps.

Just to let you know, it is the 21st century now. Uh, since your stuck in the past, I'll tell you what's been going on. Some stupid dude is in the whitehouse, people call him "W" and there's a war in Iraq right now about nothing, or supposedly started because of WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction). And, oh! Remember that guy who served before Clinton, Bush? Well, "W", who is his son, is finishing up what his Daddy left behind and killed Saddam Hussein just yesterday. Oh, and Gerald Ford (the guy who took over for Nixon- remember him?) he died and his funeral was today. So that's what's been going on. Perhaps you should catch up and focus on the future. =)

Wel fare is not meant to bale you out.Its a crutch and a burden on the American working man.If you are starving its not Bills fault its yours for not getting a good education and trying to better yourself.Min wage is designed for entry level jobs not a career wage.If your a single mom Bill didn't get you knocked up you did.You need to make wiser choices and stop relying on others to fix your mistakes. That's funny, blaming welfare reform on Clinton. I think he shouldn't have signed the bill myself, but the Republican congress is who pushed the thing in the first place.

Those issues are very old. You should focus on the issues at hand. We have loved ones in Iraq losing their lives for something that means less to me than the life of my loved one. I would rather work my fingers to the bone than to have loved ones fighting for their lives!
