Um, if you're really smart then any time as long as you show maturity and willingness. The youngest college graduate was like 12 or something. There are a handful of 15-16 year olds who're getting their Ph.D.

You could be at least 16 years old to take college courses at a community college, if you are a junior or senior and you have a good academic record.
Juniors and seniors in high school who are eligible to take AP classes have the opportunity to take those classes, which are college-level courses that can be taken for college credit.

Think it depends on your school districts policies and the local colleges policies. You can go to college younger than high school if you are in an advance program for very very smart students. Not just talking AP classes.

i can do it in my high school next year when i am a junior
it depends on your highschool really also most people will go to college when they are 18 or so
