Nothing political here. It reminds me of the most recent painful betrayal I experienced. It's so painful I don't bother telling anyone about it even when they asked what happened.

Same ..... when I hear it I attribute it to my ex and the circumstances with us. In fact, whenever I hear from him, that song jumps into my head, reminding me I'm still pissed off, with good reason, and am just plain not ready to pretend otherwise.

That song reminds me of myself in general; I'm tired of people telling me what to do. I'm a grown woman, and I answer only to God when it comes right down to it. I really love that song...
