My girlfriend of 5 years broke up with me a 3 weeks ago and I can not eat, especially in the mornings, I can go not eating for about till 3pm until I have an Appetite . I'm hungry though out the whole day but I'm just not able to put anything in my month. I went online and saw something called King Bio Appetite enhancer, I was thinking about getting that so i can hopefully eat normally. Does anybody know what I can do? Thanks

I'm really sorry to hear about that. I went through a similar situation at college not too long ago. I still get a little nauseated thinking about it. My friend made me eat very very small amounts of food that were "important" foods. I would pick at a chicken breast or eat a spoon of peanut butter to keep up my strength. I lost about 15 lbs, but I didn't get sick. It just takes time....and a little therapy. I hope you feel better :(

I've been there, done that. What I did was just try to eat stuff that has a lot of calories in it when I did eat. Plus I also tried to focus on eating stuff that I really liked.

My boyfriend of 2 years left me a few days before Christmas three years ago. There was all this good food on Christmas and I couldn't eat any of it.

It will take time and your appetite will return. No product you can buy will heal a broken heart. It is psychological so appetite enhancers aren't going to work.

You probably are feeling anxious and depressed which supresses your appetite. I have had that morning eating problem too when I've been upset. I promise you that you will be able to eat normally soon. Just give it time. In the meantime eat small meals and keep reminding yourself to eat. You have to keep healthy. Take some multivitamins such as Centrum too.

Good luck.

give her space if that's what she wants and don't beat yourself up about it coz u'll only making things worse for yourself go out with some friends and have fun if things don't work out between you two again I'm telling you there are heaps of girls out there waiting for the right person for them you just have to look deeper and harder and remember don't give up coz if you do that will only make you weak and bet you when you do find that special one you will forget the pass just like that but of cause she will always be part of your heart. So start hunting and don't give up hope. take care and stay cool

Everything takes time, but you really need to seek professional help. You need to focus on the things that make you happy. You need to get over her. All good things come to an end, you just have to accept that. Trust me, you'll have a better time being single.

Be strong.

If you were with her for 5 years and not married yet, then the relationship was doomed anyway. It is time for both of you to move on to someone you really want to spend your life with not just a trinket to take on a date.

Get a grip and get a life. She has.

You don't need any supplements. You need to forget her. If you can't eat until the afternoon, then simply don't eat until the afternoon. Duh!

are you sleeping differently ? i think your best bet is to go head on with the idea of you too breaking up and if there is a possibility of getting back together and deal with that first, also i dont think that appitite enhancers will help problems of the heart are always mental so you need to get you strong again first
