Oh my! There are so many good ones I can't think of some of the other great ones not said already. Hmmmm...
This one is pretty good:
"You brought a new friend back from the desert didn't ya Benny?" -Brandon Frasier (The Mummy)
Hey for the Holiday:
"You can't see the line, can ya Russ?" - Chevy Chase (Christmas Vacation)
or
"I want you to hit me as hard as you can." - Brad Pitt (Fight Club)
Also
"Snakes...Why did it have to be snakes?!" - Harrison Ford (Indiana Jones)
And one last one:
"Doston! We got Doston here!!" The big guy from Jurassic Park (My mom likes that one)

God, that is so hard to choose! It's so subjective, and there's so many great ones, that people have already listed- from Jaws, Dirty Dancing, etc..
One of the particular ones I love is Stephen Colbert in "Strangers with Candy": "I'm not pushing you away. I'm pulling me towards myself."
Thats good stuff right there.
