I have gotten injured a lot in sports. I've broken bones, sprained ankles many of times. Im a little cautious of jumping up high towards the hoop to draw a foul when i drive threw the lane in basketball because i dont wanna come down and be out 4-8 weeks on a sprained ankle. Im also a little cautious when trying to draw the offensive foul by falling back because ive broken my wrist before trying to brace a fall.
Any way(s) of just putting this fear or cautiousness out of my mind or forgetting it. Thank you

if your passion is sports, strive to do well. pain is something that everyone deals with in life. mayb wear some wrist guards to worry about the risk of hurting urself. fear is something that takes time to overcome, but it is possible. just dont give up.

Getting support on those weak ankles will do you a lot of good. You can get your ankles taped by a coach or trainer, if available, or you can buy lace-up or velcro strap ankle braces. There are numerous good brand names to look for in a good ankle brace. They can be purchased in some drug stores and sporting goods stores. Ask some coaches and trainers what brand they recommend and where to go to buy a set. It will offer protection and peace of mind when you play ball.
