You're trying to tell/remind someone about something or someone, but you cannot for the life of you come up with any distunguising features?
So it comes out like "You know that guy, at the place? You know, the one with hair and teeth?" or "Remember that time that you said that thing, and then I said that other thing? Remember that?"

yes and they give me a sarcastic response like "OH yeah, that ONE TIME I said that ONE thing. how could I Forget that" its like saying "hey you with the hair"

Yeah - it's just hard to get the description out sometimes b/c you're trying so hard to get the other person to remember!!!
