Its never to late to make a resolution and you don't have to wait for New Years to do it. Often, people wait for marks in time to proclaim change. You don't need that; its just an excuse to delay, as we all are guilty of at some point in time. Challenge yourself and believe that you can do what ever you want to do. The power of the mind is amazing.
