Saddam did have even, white pristine teeth. This was evident during his interview with Dan Rather back in Feb or Mar. 2003. Just nine months later, the man captured had crooked, discolored teeth. Teeth do not become this discolored even after being buried in soil without benefit of a coffin for nine months. So why had Saddam's teeth changed so?
Something I noticed was when the photographs of Saddam in his underwear were published--although he was much older--his chest hair pattern was different than that evident in a photograph I saw of a younger Saddam on the beach with one of his daughters.
Because everyone loves conspiracies, how about this? It was, indeed, Saddam Hussein al-Tikriti who was hanged but for reasons unknown, perhaps early senility, a "Saddam" double had been ruling Iraq for the past 20 or so years. Therefore although the real Saddam was hanged, he wasn't actually the "real" Saddam.

Surely you don't really believe that. Remember, he was in hiding for months, his teeth wouldn't be "pristine". His eyes were the eyes of an evil man defeated . There was no double, he is dead.

i'm a journalism major and i have met a lot of people who will write anything to get their break. i'm not saying its true or not but since its from idaho and probably a small newpaper, there is no way of telling.
i even heard of a scandal in the new york times about a reporter making up fake leads. personally, i wouldn't put too much into it.

If some guy wants to die for Saddam--what can we do. He should have spoke up and said that he was not Saddam.

That wasn't a double, and it's posts like these that piss me off.
There was no conspiracy, and anyone who thinks the whole thing is a fake is quite obviously brain damaged. So much so that your opinions cannot be taken seriously. EVER.
Looks like the conspiracy freaks know how to use computers now...
