Tutoring is usually the best solution. It's a one-on-one situation. My next suggestion is to check and see if your community offers any ESL classes (English as a Second Language). Look up the Chamber of Commerce where you live; they will usually have the information about this. Third, check out churches that are conducted in your native language. This could be a valuable resource to you. Ask around church; many of the congregation have faced the same situation as you. Good Luck to you...
