Yes, they can orgasm. They take part of the p*nis head and use it to make a clit*is. So, it does feel stimuli and pleasure. Of course they have to cut away the useless tissue such as the scrotum (not all), testes, and most of the p*nis. They use some of the scrotum for v*ginal lips and the part of the p*nis for the c*itoris for sensation. However, because the "opening" going inside the woman has not always been there, a glass or crystal dil*o must be used and inserted every day to 2 or 3 days to keep the opening "open." This way, sex is still pleasurable and the opening won't have to be "forced." Something that I imagine could be painful.
You really have to admire them!

As to sexual relations, yes, both types of transsexuals can orgasm. Some MtF's lose a little sensation in their new vaginas, as some nerve endings are necessarily cut, but they can certainly still orgasm. The quality of orgasm may be different, but it's there. As for FtM's, certainly. If they have a clitordetcomy or metoidioplasty, you can think of the new penis as exactly the same as the clitoris- it becomes erect, and, when stimulated, results in orgasm. It cannot ejaculate, of course, both because it has nothing to ejaculate, and nowhere to do it from, but many women can female ejaculate, and if the FtM hasn't had a hysterectomy or sewn up the vagina, then he can still ejaculate upon orgasm as he did as a woman, if he could do it back then. If it is a phalloplasty, then the new organ, if done well by a competent surgeon, will have sensation and feel great to be stimulated, but will never be able to become erect. Usually, in this case, most FtM's use a small, implanted device that, when activated, gives them erection- the same that impotent biological men often use. When stimulating their phallus, they can have orgasms, although, again, no ejaculation.
Hope that helps!

Well, that depends on your gender, but I'll try and generalize a little bit.
If you are born a male and want to be female: They mainly turn the penis inside out and construct a vagina out of the muscles of the penis, disgarding the testes. Since the nerves and all are intact and still part of your body, then YES you can acheive orgasm (given proper healing time of course)
Now, different if you're a women (I assume you're male since you're asking about vaginoplasty but I do it for the females too):
Many times the entity of the vagina is cut away and a so-called inflatable penis and testes are instilled inside where their respectable parts will go. You are not able to feel anything down as far as orgasm, you'll only be able to pee.
Another option for FtM's is cutting away the hood of the clitorsis letting it grow and expand like a penis, the vagina/clitorsis is rerouted so that you are able to pee thru one hole as opposed to two. One is able to feel orgasm with that operation. With the proper healing time of course.
Hope this was helpful, good luck!

I don't think surgeons can re-attach all the sensitive nerve endings to make reconstructed organs work the same way. I think only nature can do that.
However, there are cases where people who lost sensation due to paralysis have been able to derive orgasmic pleasure from touch elsewhere to the body. For example, someone paralyzed from the neck down, who could climax by touch to the neck. This shows how much of sexual stimulation and pleasure is in the mind.
Others who practice tantric or deep spiritual sexual fulfillment can induce orgasms and sustain them for long periods of time. I have heard of some techniques where men can orgasm without ejaculating in order to extend the sexual pleasure. One woman told me she and her girlfriend could exchange glances or gestures from across the room, and induce orgasms in each other just by thought alone, without touching.
So the mind can be trained to transcend the physical, regardless of physical sensation.

yeah like banana split.
Mucus membranes exist in a female vagina but not in one that has been formed due to surgery so a trans-female needs to use a lubrication when having sex and should douche occasionally so that bacteria don't start to grow and give off odors.
Because the human body treats the new vagina as a wound, any current technique of vaginoplasty requires some long-term maintenance of volume (vaginal dilation), by the patient, using medical graduated dilators, dildos, or suitable substitutes, to keep the vagina open. It is very important to note that sexual intercourse is not always an adequate method of performing dilation.

I highly doubt you're a transsexual for some very obvious reasons, such as you refer to yourself as a man changing into a woman. For mtf transsexuals this is simply not the case, they were always female to begin with because their brains have been sexed as female at birth. They are not men changing to be females, they are women correcting a birth defect. Furthermore the presence of a vagina does not make anyone a 'female' genitals do not define or determine gender. They are sexual organs and that is all they are. They are not capable of telling anyone who they are. And to answer your question, no one can tell a surgically constructed vagina from a normal vagina. That particular operation is highly successful and no one could tell. A man could easily have sex with a post op transsexual and never know her vagina was any different then a cisgendered womans vagina.

as long as the operation is done well and correctly the person should be able to orgasm even better then before
it may need to be learnt a little at first
as everything is in a different place and
learning the body and
how to get to the level of excitement may be harder
it is all about plessure and whether the operation is a good one or not

Sensitivity still remains. The skin of the penis is used to create a clitoris that is sensitive and orgasmic. The only difference, is that the body is not producing natural lubrication and artificial lubrication must be used. Dilation must be done as well or the neo-vagina will close up.

yep, any TS M2F who's nerves to there glans have not been damaged during SRS can still have wonderful sexual orgasms, as for F2M TS they may in some cases still feel something there, but they can never achieve a sexual orgasm ever again once the transplant is 100% complete

It depends on the way the surgeon does the operation, the quality of the surgeon's skill, and the tissue available to work with.
