What will the house of the future be like?

Steel structure instead of wood, with poured concrete walls, and a metal roof. I think windows can be made to be more efficient, and the home should be set for solar and wind power. Geothermal heating and water cooling will be used, and floor space will be smaller and the storage will be built-ins. Prefab kits will be more popular and affordable. People will plan for possibly 3 or 4 generations living together at one time. Good question.
